Colli di Faenza D.O.C. Rosso

This prestigious and important wine is obtained from carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes cultivated in the most suited vineyards.
Produced in the main part with Cabernet Sauvignon stored in 27 hl bay oak casks, this wine has an intense ruby-red colour and an ethereal and herbaceous perfume, with fragrances of black fruit, blackberry, blueberry and cherry.
Its flavour is dry, full-bodied and slightly tannic.
For its characteristics it is suitable for elaborate meat dishes, grills, succulent meat like Florentine beef steaks and cuts.
It should be served at room temperature and uncorked one hour before drinking it.
