Nicio del Camerone, obtained from overripe Sangiovese grapes

A sweet nectar obtained from the best Sangiovese grapes. The best bunches of grapes carefully selected and collected in small cases are dried for about two months in the sun.
Once it has reached a good level of ripening and withering it is vinified and refined in barriques.
Its taste is sweet, with an intense and persistent perfume with fragrances of fruit in syrip, plum and cherry.
It can be drunk between meals or as a pleasant conclusion after a meal together with chocolate sweets, desserts and biscuits.
Serve at a temperature of 18°C.
