Pagadebit D.O.C. of Romagna

It strikes for its original name, which comes from Romagna's dialect and means “to pay off a debt”. A tradition says that the wine obtained from the vinification of this delicious Bombino bianco grapes was so good that all the debts could be paid by selling it. It is a bright and cheerful wine with scents of fern and hawthorn.
It should be served cool at a temperature of 10°-12° C, with risotti, creamed vegetable soups and shellfish.
